Stop Lying

I was encouraged and inspired by an article I read in Danny Choo's blog. Click here to read about it.

What he mentioned in the article is very true. He also mentioned about himself and other common examples, which I felt was what I've actually been through. After reading about it, I felt that I should stop lying to myself and continue with what's best for me and everyone else.

Anyway, change of topic here! Just a short one though. There was a presentation involving our SWAY Production group yesterday. It was held in the school Audio Visual Hall, and there were many other students from the diploma course from Multimedia Design, as well as lecturer and guests. I guess there were around 50 people or more, and it was the first time I've given a presentation in front of so many people.

Our group (Stezon, William, arashi and me) presented our video and sharing, and it went on smoothly. Anyhow, there was a particular image with made me almost burst out laughing in the middle of the presentation.

It's seriously still funny whenever I look at it. Have a look:

This image.

At first nothing seem to be funny or out of the ordinary. But take a closer look...

I've blogged about this previously and this image was included in the blog post. But I couldn't help laughing because... See that screen over there? It's called a bouncer. Behind it lies a girl... Which is me, and only me. That thing covered me entirely except for my feet! It was so funny looking back at this image! Never knew that I was THAT tiny. Hahahaha...!!!

Well, that's about it for today's post. There's a lot of reading, plus the article fron Danny Choo's blog. Do take a look because it involve life lessons and such.

Have a nice day ahead~

Piranha Movie

Went with the pineapple to Sunway Pyramid for a movie before he goes back to his hometown. We watched Piranha!

Piranha 3D.

I wonder why do they always need sexy women when it's a movie related to thriller/horror and beaches. I mean, it doesn't really make any difference at all. By the way, the movie ain't that great. Well, to me it's just average. And it's my first thriller movie! Hmm... Maybe it was Godzilla. That was when I'm still a little noob kid. XD

Piranha was a little related to a project topic I'm working on. But then it can just be a reference. Lol... It wasn't as disgusting as I thought. Plus, there's not a lot about the piranha fishes. I expected more about piranhas, but the story is all about those fishes eating humans in the lake. Gosh...

Well the effects were not bad. The piranha pack does not seem too real enough. But yeah it's great. The blood and all that were realistic though. People being bitten off bit and pieces. It's gross, but I managed to survive because I had popcorn with me. =)

That's about it for the movie. Don't want to talk a lot about it because I'm disappointed at the cut scenes. =(

Have a nice day ahead people~

What To Do During Semester Break

I was kind of planning about what to do during my coming semester break.

Here's a list of things I MUST complete:

- Authoring Interactive Narrative project (according to timeline).

- Teamwork Practices Project 2 and 3, along with group discussions.

- Content Management for Mobile and Network Media project's progress and research.

- Wrap my books that are turning yellow.

- Look for inspiring art and references to enhance my art style.

- Play lots of games.

Well, had more in mind but I'm not sure if I can finish it. So here's just a very short list to start out with. =(

Have a nice day ahead people~

Tired And Worried

Since the end of my first project for Authoring Interactive Narrative, I've been worried everyday till the present.

It's not like I would purposely be worried about a past project. And there's nothing else I can do to improve on it (although there's a lot to improve on) because it was submitted already.

I think I didn't do my best this time round. Had learned my lesson. But I do not hope I will fail because I still put lots of effort into drawing. I would try to do my best in the coming second project. I promise.

Well, I guess I've been demotivated a lot this year (and semester), for reasons that even I'm unsure of. Many things happened that also affected my passion and creativity, and the energy to strive for the very best. I've been thinking if I can change all these... I have to anyway.

Hope everyone who's dealing with projects or tests can do their best. No last minute work and always flame up your passion. Don't let it die out no matter what the cost!

Have a nice day ahead people~
