Cheese Cake

Been having an utterly bitter life because I was diagnosed with tendonitis for my left hand. But I don't like to disappoint my readers (if there are any) so I blogged about something yummy today. :D

Introducing~ Pink/peach coloured cheese cake! Made by my and cousin for my niece. Here's some images of the cakes:

Cheese cake turned slightly peach in colour. And shaped like Mickey Mouse! Haha~


Cheese cake became pinkish peach when done baking. Yum yum~

The two cakes in front are actually extras. We made too much and it was more than what we need, so we separated it into two smaller portions. :) I hope it will turn out yummy. I can only taste it tomorrow when it's done chilling in the fridge.

Christmas Soaps

Haven't been updating my blog for quite some time. I've been really busy with college assignments and stuffs. Luckily, I managed to prepare these lovely soaps for my aunt. She ordered them to give them out in her church for Christmas.

I really put in a lot of effort despite having to cope up with assignments. I dislike the fact that I cannot spend too much time in soap decorations because I enjoy decorating my own handmade soaps. T_T Hopefully I will have more time to deal with these in the future. :D

Little Meringues

It's my first time baking meringues. So here's what they look like in the oven:

I followed the recipe according to this site but I find it a little too sweet for me. Should try reducing the sugar next time I make meringues. And yes they're supposed to be ghost meringues but I was too lazy to pipe them so I splat them there with a tablespoon. Chocolate chips for the eyes instead of candy eyes. Don't you think it's very artistic? :3

I've tried very hard to save as much as possible for myself and my boy, but unfortunately my brother found it and ate the whole thing. Luckily I managed to eat a few and gave some samples to my parents. Phew~

Merry Nightmare Fanart

I did this art quite some time ago, but didn't have the time to post it sooner. So, here it is:

I really love this character a lot. She's Merry from the anime/manga series called Yumekui Merry (Dream Eater Merry). I was obsessed with her fashion, and fell in love with it at first sight. :D Plus, I wanted to test out a different painting style this time. It turned out better than expected though I need to improve more in the future.

Soap Making Class

Cousin and I went for soap making class yesterday. It was really fun throughout the process and we get to bring our soaps home. These hand made soap will need to wait 45 days till they are ready to use. Can't wait for that day to come~
