A Note, to a Friend...

To my dear friend, Samantha Lok,

It's been about six years since we graduated from primary school. I've always been wondering how're my friends are doing now... But now, I'm thinking about how're you and where're you. It's been some time since we last contacted each other. It even seems that we've totally lost contact since five years ago...

The last letter I received from you is dated back in April 2003. I missed the times where we always send letter to each other talking about almost anything, from school life to our private problems. We seldom talked to each other since you were in a different class. We were only in the same class for a year or two, but it makes a big difference in my life starting then. You were the only one who cared to talk to me when everyone else does not as I'm a little too quiet at that time. You introduced me to other friends and that's when I had another best friend, whom I still keep in touch with up till now - Teoh Yen Mei (Aki). She's also quite concerned about you and is wondering where're you.

You were the one who acted like an elder sister to me, always protecting and accompanying me whenever you can. You gave me a friend that is just as dear as you, and till now we're still in contact. You always try to cheer me up when I feel down and try to make me smile or laugh. You would find time to talk to me about out interests and keep me updated about things. You'll look for me in my class when you have the time just to greet me. You did many other things that made me happy, in the same class, and also when you're in a different class.

I still remember the shock that you gave me when you say that you're leaving to Sabah during form one (Or was it early form two...) as your dad was transferred to work there. I hope I won't lose contact with you as you're very dear to me. In one of your previous letter, you gave me your contact number, as in your handphone number. But I didn't have a handphone at that time and since you said that I can still send you letters to your home in KL and your dad will pick them up from time to time when he comes back, so I thought I need not worry about losing contact with you.

Things were not the way I expected when you said that your dad is selling off the house in KL and he'll never come back to collect letters anymore. I was sad to hear that but I've no choice. I thought I had hope in contacting you by your handphone, but everytime I called, nobody answered. After some time I gave up calling your number. About a year and a half ago, I was reading through some of your letters and once again found your handphone number. I naively dialled the number but it was a man who picked it up. He said that he changed to this number three months ago. But I guess even before him, some other people may have used your handphone number before...

I remember the happiest moment I had, after you moved to Sabah, was when you came back to visit the school. I was only transferred to Stella Maris during form two but you were already gone then. When you came back to visit, I was very happy as I was being able to meet you after nearly a year. But at that time, you just moved to Sabah and wasn't very long there yet. I was very stupid to forget to ask about your new contacts. You were only coming to school for a short time, and yet I missed my opportunity as I was talking to my new friends whom I made just few days ago when I transferred in.

Until now, I'll still be thinking bout you. I wanted to contact you again. I mean it... It feels really bad to lose a good friend. I may be naive or childish by thinking so, yet I have not lose hope to find you again. I just went to friendster and searched for you name. I can't find by typing your full name, so I typed 'Samantha Lok' and found one, and only one search result. I immediately send a message asking if it was you. I can't help it though... I really hope it is you... I know by writing this out, you won't be reading this anyway. But I'm writing this to express my feeling or sorrow. It hurts a lot to lose a friend, especially a good friend. People may think I'm naive or stupid to think and do so, but I don't really care how others think of me.

I miss you...

Joke of the Other Day...

Sorry for being so late!!! Wasn't Miz's fault. T_T Because Miz was terribly busy these few days. So back to the story from the other day... Although it'll be short.

While we were in Kim Gary, something funny (Or lame.) happened. We were ordering food and stuff... Blah blah blah... Then our food came. ^^ (Lol Miz shrinked a lot of story here... XD) Miz shared food with Wan Kee. We ordered beef and egg sandwich, and butter and condensed milk toast. Later when we finished eating the beef and egg sandwich, we go for the butter and condensed milk toast. It wasn't as nice as what it used to be... There was too much butter in it. @_@ So we decided to take some butter out. (And they used 'Planta'! So... Ew...) We splat the butter on the plate and ate the remaining of whats on the bread. It really was a lot! A huge mountain of butter! Later when we've finish eating, we stare at other people who're still eating. Then... Here comes the good part.

Suddenly, a fly came buzzing round. Landed on the pile of butter. Stayed for one second, then flew away. At the friction of second the fly landed on the butter, William sort of shouted: "Look! *points at the fly on the pile of butter* A butterfly!" =_= Well, we sort of paused for some seconds, then everyone started bursted out laughing. XD It wasn't really funny, but we're like laughing at how lame this joke is. Haha...

Ok... This is lame... Not even a joke or anything Miz guess. =_= That's all for today. Not really into a blogging mode. See you guys around then~ ^^

Today's Story

Today was pretty interesting... Well, in fact it wasn't really so unusual. Just that some things just made the day more interesting and fun. ^^ Miz will tell you all about it in a moment.

Our first class started at 10.00 am. It was the usual and boring Malaysian Studies... =_= About half of our class were absent because they can't take the "boringness" of it. XD But since the lecturer had finished teaching the syllabus two weeks ago, so she just gave us some work to complete. Yeah, it started off with some presentations given by people from other classes as well as one group from our class. Things were fine up till the end of the lesson... Then, the trouble began...

We wanted to have lunch together but couldn't really decide where to go. *_* Finally after standing in front of the corridoor for nearly 10 minutes, we decided to head for Kim Gary. (In the process of discussing, Mandy was grasping for fresh air as the spot where we're standing has poor air ventilation. So Miz had to fan her with Miz's assignments. XD) After that we walked to our destination which was not so far away... (In Sunway Pyramid...) Then we settled in the restaurant on the sofa seats, which 5 of us had to squeeze in a row, and only one gets to sit on an individual chair. Pretty neat as there's ten of us, mind you. @_@

After that, we ordered our foods. All we have to do is tick the quantity of the food we want on the paper which is so convenient! Ok this is not the interesting part now... So Miz will skip this part. You all might know what's gonna happen next right? Food and drinks come. We eat food. We pay and run. Well, Daniel joined us half way when we're feasting on our food. Then when things are settled, (As in after the pay and run part...) we wanted to go back to our college but it was raining. Lucky it wasn't raining cats and dogs or... Well, You can guess it. ^^

Lucky for us, (Or rather, Miz myself...) Wan Kee brought her umbrella! XD But there were ten of us... So, (This comes the interesting part...!!!) what happened was... She, Miz and William went on with the umbrella, so William can come back with the umbrella to fetch the others. Pretty smart idea right? ^^ But!!! Because the umbrella was meant for only one person, it was bad enough being in pairs, but we were trio! Haha...!!! So we were sort of fighting for the umbrella and we came across this road where it was blocked. We stayed there for some time thinking of which direction to go, at the same time, laughing for life. (Miz forgot for what reason... No reason maybe? O_o) When we finally crossed to the other side, it ended up that William's whole back was soaking wet. The two of us are still fine, only a little wet at the sides. And we were laughing of him now instead... Lol.

Then, some of the guys came running too. Without umbrella or anything. And they weren't as wet as William! So Miz made a conclusion: Running without umbrella makes you more dry as compared to having to share an umbrella with others and also standing in the middle of the road for some time looking for direction to get to the other side. XD You should have seen how wet William was! Haha... Miz did not really laugh a lot. It was Wan Kee that laughed at him a lot. Well, things were pretty normal after that. Went to the main block to get out stuffs and head to K block which was behind the main block. Miz got caught in the rain this time but the rain had subcided so Miz wasn't really all wet. When the time came, the lecturer told us to pack our stuffs as we're heading back to the main block to do some reseach in the library after she'd done briefing. Gosh... So it was for nothing that we actually came to this classroom. T_T

Did some researches... Chat... Then went home when it was time. Nothing much interesting after this. So Miz will stop writing for now. Miz still have to do two figure drawings. This is so sad~ Ok then see you all again sometime soon! Have a nice day ahead~

Happy Birthday William~~!!

Today, the 4th of August, is William's 19th birthday. (Wow he's getting older day by day now... XD just joking.) Anyway our classmates plan to celebrate with him in Sunway Lagoon. Gosh... Miz thought we'll be having only cakes and stuff...

More than half a class (15 of us.) went there after class is over. It was unusually early... Almost an hour earlier than the normal time. Miz wonder what had happened...? O_o So anyway back to the topic... Since we have our ID tags, entrance fee is free of charge! YOU HEAR ME!? FREE OF CHARGE!!! Lol... This is one of our college facilities. Pretty cool ain't it? But we're required to pay a minimum fee of Rm10 deposit for the watch tag stuff to get in. after we return the thing then we'll get our deposits back. ^^

Well, we had pretty much fun there~ Rode the roller coasters and the... Miz's not sure what you call that... =_= But we got wet... For some reason it wasn't really that bad... ^^ Ok now Miz will pass the talkings to the pictures arachi snapped! Hooray~~ XD Oh yeah... When we're playing half way, Stezon came and joined us. The more the merrier!

That's all for the day. Miz went home after eating the cake. Was a pretty tiring day though... Miz don't feel like doing any work today. T_T Miz is NOT procrastinating... Miz is just very tired. Figure Studies... New Face

Today is figure studies class. The lecturer was having some sort of meeting (According to the tutor...) and he'll (The tutor.) be in charge of us today. It wasn't really that bad... Only thing is some of us miss our lecturer. XD Miz is fine with anyone though.

So then... Today's lesson we're required to draw a new face! This time it's clearly a female. Maybe a goddess or something? She seems a little depressed and sad. (From her eyes.) But yet she's smiling... Slightly. Take a closer look! ^^ This time the hair was a killer. It's much harder to draw as compared to the previous old man. Next week is figure studies test. O_O And guess what? We already saw what we MAY be going to draw... It's going to really kill us... Will get arachi to snap a picture of it next week. =P

So anyway this is what we drew today. T_T
