Saisaki Buffet Lunch

Went for this Japanese buffet today for lunch. It was odd to choose such a day because there wasn't any particular occasion to celebrate anything. Later I found out that it was to celebrate my brother's birthday... Because we did not celebrate it earlier on as he was having some camping trip or something like that on his birthday and did not come back for days. (By the way his birthday was on the 14th of March)

I wasn't on my top condition to eat as I just woke up when they got ready to go. Was still sleepy... And I was feeling quite sick and have no appetite to eat. So, it was kind of like a waste for me to go today. But luckily my brother covered up for me. He is one damn glutton. XD

Ok so here's some pictures for you to see... Not much though, don't worry that you might say I'm mean or cruel for posting such delicious stuff. Enjoy~

Saisaki. Not a bad place to come. Lots of varieties and I think the price is reasonable.

My first and last round. Seriously, that's all I ate for the day. But there were some other foods that they served free. So that's ok for me. In my plate, there are: cheese escargot, cheese scallop, fried oyster, a piece of grilled saba fish, salmon sashimi, tuna sashimi, some-other-fish-I-dunno sashimi, sushi (The two pieces there), and abalone sashimi with egg roe.

My dad took this for us to share. I only took the steam prawn. Beside this plate were fresh oysters. I don't really like it though. They're raw. But not bad. It's a free dish, served for all four of us.

This was also a free dish. Some bamboo snail or something. It's raw too. With garlics on top. I only ate the brocolli though. I was too sick to continue any raw food. although I wanted to try it. But it feels too slimey for me. O_o

Went back after that. I was still quite full and didn't take my dinner. This shows how much of a small eater I am. I don't eat much. I can save you food. =D Maybe I was just feeling quite sick for today. Otherwise normally I'll go for 3 or 4 rounds and maybe 2 rounds of desserts. I would think that I've to skip Japanese food for quite some time now. Especially avoiding raw oysters. I don't really like them after tasting it. But my brother took 7 of them. O_O I don't know how could he manage to eat so many. But my dad told us that his friend took 17. And he was an old man. The hell...

End of post. I need to do some Calligraphy work now. Have a nice day ahead people~ And good luck for those presenting for History of Arts tomorrow. ^^

Some Freedom At Last

Finally, we've finished the History of Art's final project. Did all the installation today and was happy about it. It took us weeks, maybe more than a month to complete this although it was (Or might be...) considered quite a last minute job.

Overall I'm satisfied about it, although there were some last minute problems that occured. It wasn't that serious and was managed to be solved. Took nearly a whole day (Or maybe just half a day) to finish everything. I'm happy about it as I can take a short break for the moment. I've only slept less than five hours for the past two weeks or so because of this and other subject's assignments. I wish I had more time to do my assignments, and not procrastinating so much. I know it's hard not to do that but I'll have to try hard for the sake of getting my break earlier.

Been having a hard time. I guess all my other friends are just the same. Good luck to everyone else for their works. Let's all work hard now as the semester break if just ahead. We can do it! Yeah I wish the semester break was longer though...

Let's list out my roles and work left for me to do so that I can concentrate on it and finish it early. Our major subjects we need to focus on now is: Design 3's drama, Calligraphy class and Moral class's final exam. For Design 3, I'm being the stage manager for the drama part. It's like being the secretary for our director. ^^ I have to manage almost everything involved in the drama. Taking care of the props and actors, list down inportant notes in class and making some sort of timetable for my group's people and make sure they do their job and their roles. Lots of things to do, but I hope I can cope up with it. Oh, not forgetting being the lighting designer or whatever you call that. Basically I just need to adjust and control the lightings used for our drama. For the title sequence part, I'm being the researcher. It's almost like a second stage manager, or rather, it's like a manager. I need to compile stuffs and help on research, if any. At the end, I'll also have to choose the title sequence I think best goes with our drama. Cool roles I have ain't it? I hope I can make it or stay alive. I need to wait for the semester break to come before I can die.

Calligraphy subject... It's not really easy as well, I can assure you this. We need to design our own set of letterforms, from A-Z and 0-9, plus comma (,) and fullstop (.) too. We need to think of what and where we want to apply our fonts. For me, I think either invitation cards or gift wrapper. The lecturer says maybe gift wrappers will be interestinng, but I need to come out with a few designs. GREAT! Something I thought is simple turns out worse. For your information, few designs are more than enough to kill.

Lastly, Moral... Don't feel like talking about this as I think all or most of us will have to go through this subject. This time I really need to study... I've been counting on my luck for the second test and I don't wanna waste more of my luck on the final exam. Been answering the questions in wild guesses, and depending on my luck, I may succeed to get some correct. But of cause there's some questions that I studied and remember, unfortunately it's only less than ten questions. At least I know I won't score a '0' for that. XD I'm counting on my luck again to pass this subject. I don't want to go back to PAWS although I like it there.

There goes my post for today. I've been writing a lot and I don't think anyone will bother to read about this. I know it's too long and very boring. I shall end it here then. Hava a great day ahead people~

My Hamsters

Yeah I had a pair of hamsters for my birthday, thanks to Chor Yi. ^^ It's almost a month now since they're living with me. So I just wanna show you how they look like. Oh by the way, they are winter gold hamsters.

Meet little hamster.

Meet big hamster.

Sorry for the unclear images as I'm using my phone to take those photos. I wish I had more time to play with them. T_T But there's just too many assignments to be done and the due date is just around the corner. So I had to reduce the play time with them. And I used to put them in my room, but my mom insists that I put them in the living room now. She said they stink. (THEY DO NOT STINK!) So now they are both downstairs... I miss them so much. But I'll go down later to take a look at their condition before I sleep. ^^

Big hamster is almost the size of my full hand. As in, from full length fingers to the end of my palm. Little hamster is almost three quarter size of big hamster. How fast they grow... I remember they were only little furballs when they were first brought to my home. *sniffs* I'm proud of them growing so fast. This means that they're being healthy. And yeah I feed them fresh vegetables from time to time. So far I've only fed them carrots, cucumber, taugeh and parsley stems. It's fun watching them eat. The only problem is that they keep kicking out their dry foods and beddings. @_@

Will post more pictures of them later on. Wait till they are more tamed so that i can play with both at the same time. Now I have to play with them one by one. Taking them out and let them walk around the floor. Cuddle them. Squeeze them. (Lol I didn't mean to kill them.) Touch their so-wonderfully-soft fur coats. Ok then it's end of post for me now. Need to go do my work. Have a nice day ahead people~ =)

Still Alive Kah?

Yeah... The title says it all. If you guys still don't understand, let me show you by image for better understanding.

Calligraphy class last Wednesday. This is Chrystal, our subject lecturer.

At least I'm still alive... I think. I've been sick for the past almost one month, and my cough has not been any better till today. Been staying up pretty late recently too. It's really a hectic month as it's almost the end of the semester. Lots of final projects to be done and presentations to prepare. Can die soon. T_T

Luckily our Perspective Studies work has been completed. We just need to know if we pass for the overall subject. I'm kind of worried about this. I am sort of depressed lately. I don't know why myself. I hope i can recover soon and be more cheerful. I felt really down. Haha...

Been addicted to Plurk as well. ^^ It is an online social journal, works almost the same as a second MSN. =P Anyone who hasn't added me or wanna join please let me know. Let me invite you! I WANT MY KARMA!!!!! Lol... Thank you. =) I'm being so polite.

That's all for today. I need to resume my History of Art final project. Hope everything will be fine and we can finish it on time. Good luck to the rest. Have a nice day ahead people~
